Allow me to save my order and select an interval at which you bill and ship my order again. This way I do not have to come back to the site to order every time.

Answer your phone during business hours

It would be nice to actually speak to someone during business hours. Otherwise it seems like your not a real business. It would be also nice to speak to someone that knows the products to give suggestions, etc.
